Transport Airport - Barcelona
The
Barcelona airport is about 18 km far from Barcelona centre. There are two main terminals in the Barcelona airport: T1 (a new one just operating from 17 of June) and T2 (with three old terminals A, B and C). To check the companies operating in each terminal please

There are several ways for going from the airport to the city centre:
Taxi service: The average rate is close to 35 euros but the price depends on the traffic conditions.
The aerobus service: This is a shuttle bus that links the airport and the city centre. This is a blue bus. This service runs normally ever 15 minutes and it costs around 3.5 – 4.0 euros per person. Tickets can only be purchased on the bus. This shuttle is available from 6.00 to midnight approximately. The aerobus will take you to the city centre being the main stops Pl. España and Pl. Catalunya (last stop and city centre). The aerobus stops at any of the terminals where you can catch it.
Train service: There is a train service linking the airport and the city centre. The train station is in Terminal 2 (close to the old terminal A) There is a shuttle bus from T1 to the train station. The train service runs every 30 minutes from 6.00 to 23.00 hours and a single ticket costs about 2 euros. The two main stations in Barcelona are “Sants estació” and “Passeig de Gracia”, the last one close to the city centre.
